About me
Hello. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychotherapist in Florida with 14 years of professional work experience. I've been working in the private and community sectors, crisis stabilization units, schools, outpatient services and corporate wellbeing. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, along with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I truly believe that you are the expert on your own story and that you already have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. I commend you because it takes courage to seek out help and start a search for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am as human as you are, and I am here to support & empower you in that journey while helping you discover a satisfactory way that leads to happiness using an Integrative Approach in an intentional and consistent manner without any type of judgement. I use CBT, motivational interviewing, and Solution Focus Brief Therapy and I am always mastering new theoretical approaches that are ethical and evidenced-based.
