Hello and Welcome! My name is Yolanda Butcher. I received my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with individuals with social, emotional, and behavioral issues in outpatient settings. My approach to therapy is individualized, compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I strive to ensure an environment that is safe, culturally sensitive, affirming, and mutually respectful. This approach fosters trust and allows you to feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings. I believe a client's experience of therapy and the therapeutic relationship is a significant factor in the success of therapy. I hope to provide you with a safe and secure space for your healing journey.
