About me

Hi! My name is Yovani. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, residing in North Carolina, with over 10 years experience in providing clinical counseling. I have training and certifications to assist clinical disorders of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Personality, Adult ADHD. I provide tailored treatment approaches with each client, approaches to individualize each person's desired goals. I center my interventions with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and my approaches in providing therapy are supportive, empathetic, direct and goal oriented. Its important for me to connect with my clients and build a therapeutic relationship, work together to achieve goals in building blocks, continuing to progress from the previous sessions' work. In helping you to feel better, we will celebrate progress and achievements, we will be compassionate to the struggles and mistakes, we will build resiliency and continued motivation, and we will work to learn how to maintained the learned skills to use after end of treatment care.
