Life can sometimes throw us into tough situations that can feel really overwhelming. It’s totally understandable to feel like you’re carrying a heavy load when facing these challenges alone. For many of us, opening up to friends and family can seem daunting. That’s where I come in! I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you can share your story comfortably.
I’m a licensed professional counselor based in Connecticut, with ten years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. I love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Being culturally sensitive is important to me, and I enjoy learning about my clients’ unique cultures. I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals tackle various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, and self-esteem struggles.
My goal is to team up with you to build better coping skills for life’s ups and downs, helping you improve your overall well-being. My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with a person-centered touch, making our time together feel supportive and personal. I’m excited to take this journey with you!
