Yvon Yagbazia, BACP
About me
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, as well as a trained life and performance coach. Additionally, I work in a mental health and counselling service in North London. I am available to offer sessions in both English and French.
If you have had a difficult time or are now experiencing one—as we all know, this can happen to anyone—and you have never been able to ask for help, starting therapy with me may be the beginning for you.
Your individual psychotherapy is above all a personal approach and a work on yourself. It is about reaching out to yourself and taking a closer look at your life and history in order to better understand yourself. During our sessions, I will aim to facilitate an environment in which you can explore the issues in your life without feeling evaluated. You will be able to speak without fear of being judged.
I hope to be the one to accompany you through the problems that life may present, and to help give meaning to your conscious and unconscious conduct so as to bring relief when it becomes the source of pain, obstacles, or setbacks.
I look forward to working with you!
