About me
I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida since 2004. My undergraduate and graduate degrees are from University of Florida.
During my counseling career, I have enjoyed working with individuals of all ages and walks of life, challenged with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, chronic illness, disability, relationship issues, physical and emotional trauma and career transitions. I am a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
I use a strength based approach and integrative frame of work with my clients, tailoring treatment to your individual needs. Through sensitivity, warmth and compassion, I can help you overcome the barriers that have kept you stuck.
