About me

Hi, I'm Zalman. Great to meet you. So you're looking for a therapist? That's awesome. It takes courage to be here and you clearly have it!

As for me, I'm a therapist with over 15 years of online therapy work: phone/video calls, text. It’s a passion of mine to use digital tools to help people: learn the emotional life skills they need to handle feelings, validate themselves, learn from emotional triggers, improve confidence and communication, and upgrade all of their relationships.

And by adding inner child healing to the work, we get to the core of the issues. That way you get more effective, faster-achieved, and longer-lasting results that you'll see soon after you start...not after months. Results that you'll learn how to self-maintain and continue to develop. The goal is for you to fire me as soon as possible because you gained the knowledge, insight, tools, and skills to manage your own emotions and navigate the situations and relationships you encounter each day.

My training includes a Master's Degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where I focused on Addictions treatment and did field placement work with an Inpatient Addiction Recovery center and the 12-Step community. Along with spiritual learning and a soulful background, I see much effectiveness from drawing upon and blending a broad range of tools, approaches, techniques, and philosophies that unite to provide what clients uniquely need in order to thrive, heal, grow, find happiness and success and confidence, and stand on their own two feet.

Learn more about me online and on social media. Or sign up today and we'll get to work :)

Zalman has been a trusted guide through some of the difficult challenges in my life. He listens attentively and provides thoughtful recommendations, relevant anecdotes, and professional evidence in equal measure. He approaches our discussions with care, candor, and humor, and I can honestly say that he feels more like a trusted friend than a clinical therapist. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal therapist with a kind heart, listening ear, and a no nonsense approach to self love + interdependence via healthy relationships. Working with Zalman has been especially critical in navigating inner child work and reparenting myself. I highly recommend.

Zalman is such a godsend. He’s an amazing listener and really cares about all my issues. His responses go into great detail about any concern I have and I’ve found every single response so useful and deeply considered by him. He spells out concepts in a way that makes them easily understood and able to be utilised in life. I’m so grateful for all his help.

Zalman has helped me heal from passed childhood trauma and continue to heal from trauma still effecting me. He has helped me learn to set up healthy boundaries and to identify my feelings. I am able to process and work on my triggers more easily now.

I would highly recommend.
