Zoe is a very kind, highly educated and informed therapist who does not judge and has plethora of tools, suggestions, ways of looking at a situation in her bag of tools. Her demeanor is uplifting, non judgmental and hopeful w a dash of appropriate humor. She is a joy to work with and is a great listener. I recommend her highly to anyone who’s struggling to cope w basically any mental health issue especially adhd, neurodivergence, anxiety, etc.
