We all experience difficulties in our lives. I am a passionate advocate for mental health, empowering people to be the best version of themselves. Having gained inspiration and knowledge from Carl Rogers humanistic approach. I studied his work, securing a degree as Person Centred Therapist. I offer a confidential, empathic therapeutic relationship, psychologically holding you in a safe space, enabling you to feel cared for, comfortable and accepted in our session, so you may feel able to explore your feelings and emotions.
Sessions are led by you, at your pace. Through our work together you may start to experience different insights, and way's of thinking, you may begin to feel empowered to seek a new way of being.
Psychological growth may also help you gain greater self awareness, acceptance, and resilience .
I will work with you in a collaborative way, assisting you to over come your emotional difficulties, finding the courage to move your life forward, in a way that is the best way for you as a uniquely individual.
