About me
I am a mental health and substance abuse therapist licensed in North Carolina with over 15 years experience working in the mental health field. I am certified in DBT and sex offender treatment. I have worked with an array of consumers; children through seniors. I have worked with consumers suffering with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and substance abuse issues.
I pride myself on being compassionate and respectful to all I serve. I am a non-judgmental therapist who focus on client centered therapy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and DBT. We will work to develop a treatment plan to address your needs and concerns.
