Greetings Beloved My name is Ivanilda Silva {Eva-Nilda} and I am the CEO and Creative Wellness Director at I.N.V.A.L.I.A. Holistic Center (IHC). I am passionate about the arts, specifically, dancing and writing poems. I am currently on a journey of discovering and experiencing healing dances, such as Biodanza. Our plan of action at I.N.V.A.L.I.A. Holistic Center, LLC (IHC) is to create a center where individuals are provided with quality, effective, and powerful tools to assist them towards a more harmonious and holistic version of themselves. This will be accomplished through diverse methods that are crafted based on one's experiences/paths. I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Cameron University from Lawton, Oklahoma (2005), and my Master's of Social Work (M.S.W.) from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma (2008). I earned my License in Clinical Social Work (L.C.S.W.-OK) in March of (2014-18) in the state of Oklahoma. I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL-OK) since May of 2015. In 2018, I earned my Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (L.I.C.S.W-MA) in the state of Massachusetts. I have two years (2006-2008) of experience working in an inpatient adult psychiatric unit where I was a Mental Health Technician and a Triage Specialist II. I guided adults, challenged with PTSD, learning challenges, and life transitions, in an outpatient counseling setting (2016). I facilitated a couple's workshop (2016) called "The Art of a Positive Relationship" as part of a community initiative. I also facilitated a parent's support group titled, "Parents Helping Parents" (PHP) at a non-profit community center (2017-18). I have been a Teladoc/BetterHelp contract provider since 2015. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts, with extensive experience in trauma-focused therapy. I have extensive experience working with couples, helping partners to improve communication and rekindle their love for each other. I love working with families, helping parents and children to improve communication and become closer. I have experience working with adopted children and adoptive families. I am proficient in body-based approaches, developed by Bessel Van der Kolk, Peter Levine, and their colleagues. I am certified as an EMDR therapist. EMDR is a cutting-age approach to treating severe trauma, including complex trauma (defined as accumulation of "relatively insignificant" traumatic events through life). My experience is international. Even though all my psychology degrees and trainings have been received in the USA, I have lived and worked in a few other countries, culturally drastically different. I have a good understanding of challenging of adjusting to a new culture, as well as navigating cultural differences with friends and family members (parents, husbands/romantic partners, and even your own children)

Hello there, my name is Jeffrey Forget (pronounced the French way, like sorbet or parfait, soft g). I have been a practicing therapist for over thirty years, having completed my graduate training at Antioch New England Graduate School in 1990. I am currently licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New York. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings over the years, including both inpatient and outpatient work. When first meeting and getting to know a client, I strive to identify and use what might work best for that individual, couple or family, as all of us are unique. I believe that my most important job as a therapist is to try my best to understand my client...who they are, where they come from, where they want to go. Though I consider myself primarily an insight oriented psychotherapist based on my training, I am a strong believer in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Above all, I believe in the healing power of the human relationship. If we can forge a trusting, honest, and safe therapeutic alliance, we can move forward toward identified goals. I believe that lasting change is possible. I am optimistic. Be in touch, and let's talk.
