Dr. Robin Beauregard
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. I have worked with children, couples, families, and adults for 31 years, and feel I am fulfilling a calling! I have a great deal of experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, surviving childhood trauma, drug and alcohol counseling, and marriage counseling. In addition to working with BetterHelp, I have my own private practice where I specialize in children and families involved in the foster care system. I have worked within the public school setting, contracted with the Department of Defense, and work with children and families within residential settings. I also teach for a local college, training students to become drug and alcohol counselors. I have a Doctorate in Counseling and another Doctorate in Strategic Leadership - Leadership Coaching, and always feel there is more to learn! I believe effective change comes through relationships, so first and foremost I want to establish a comfortable therapeutic relationship with you. From there, we will establish goals and objectives, setting up a road map so you will see where you're going and celebrate each step of the way. I will meet you where you are at, and listen compassionately and non-judgmentally in order to support you on your journey. My counseling style is based in the cognitive-behavioral approach, augmented by trauma informed care and solution-focused practices. No matter what your goals are, you are in the driver's seat because I believe you have everything within you to make wanted changes or handle difficult situations. There's just those times when having someone objective to listen, help, and support will make the difference you need. I'm so glad you've taken this first step toward completing your journey, and I look forward to working with you!

I believe that many people come to a point in their lives where their circumstances can become overwhelming they could benefit from someone that can be present through their difficult time. I want to be available to listen to people when they are in these hard times and help them find solutions and strategies to get through these times. My professional experience has been with clients that are in very challenging situations and I would like to use that experience to help others live a better life. I primarily operate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and and Cognitive Behavior Theory. I believe these approaches offer the most comprehensive and efficient solutions in therapy. The training and education that I have received help me be able to help a wide range of issues that many people face.

Anastasia Papadopoulos
Hi! My name is Staici, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with sixteen years of clinical experience. My passion and drive to help people originated when I was a teenager and my mother received a diagnosis of Schizophrenia. I set out to essentially "save" my mom and others suffering from mental health issues. During my professional studies, I took every psychology and social service course available because I developed a fascination with how the mind works and how it effects human behavior. I received a Graduate degree from Fordham University in 2007. I also learned how to navigate the system and was able to connect my mom to the services she needed and, boy did it help! I got my best friend back and realized how effective mental health treatment really is. I stayed true to my calling and can honestly say I love what I do! I possess extensive knowledge and experience working with all different age groups, races, and ethnicities in various treatment settings such as schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals and homes. I am certified and trained in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma- informed care. client -centered treatment and mediation. What can I offer you? I will provide you with a safe, genuine, nonjudgmental space. You will receive consistent support and empowerment and we will move at a pace that is most comfortable for you. I will leave you with one of my favorite poems and hope to hear from you! Autobiography in Five Short Chapters I. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost. I am helpless. It isn't my fault. It takes forever to find a way out. II. I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I still don't see it. I fall in again. I can't believe I am in the same place. It isn't my fault. It still takes a long time to get out. III. I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I see it there, I still fall in. It's habit. It's my fault. I know where I am. I get out immediately. IV. I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it. V. I walk down a different street.
